Just got called out of the blue by Sarah which I’ve had no prior contact with before this incident. She was very aggressive, rude and unprofessional. I was a contractor on a house their client purchased that the seller has failed to pay for. These people acquired a property I was renting through ERA Realty. Before the acquisition, I had to take the landlord to court for a work order that took absolutely too long to render, which included water intrusion. Put my rent in escrow, won SOME of the money that was in escrow. Moved out.
