RecommendedThe part where the main hose attaches to the radiator broke off. We recently paid to have a radiator flush service done at a local quick lube oil change and not sure if this was caused by them or not. The piece where the hose attaches is made of plastic and held on by a hose clamp. I believe it is possible that damage occurred by over tightening the hose clamp which then caused it to split and eventually break apart.
