After recently dealing with an unexpected death in our family, everyone at your funeral home was amazing. Although my mother had incredible organizational skills, Sarah C. walked me through everything from the death certificates to SS to making the arrangements for her ashes to get to Woodlawn. Being out of state I felt completely at ease with her guidance and incredible knowledge. I couldn’t have asked for a more professional, patient and kind human being. I’m grateful for her/your services.

Nick Kotek was an amazing compassionate voice at the other end of the phone when at 4:30 in the afternoon on a Friday he answered my call. He was calm, reassuring, and took my information while I was at Dad’s bedside with hospice. My Father passed an hour after and I called them and 2 very kind people responded. We checked many funeral homes in and around Palm Coast and settled on Lohman Funeral Home Services because of the way Nick was presenting himself. Other places made us feel like this was a business transaction, but Nick made it feel like we were part of his family and he was dealing with this along side us. He was doing a lot of hand holding all throughout the ordeal and took care of everything to ease the effort. He definitely had a personal touch when we needed it.
