My appointment and subsequent colonoscopy with Kairasp Noshirwani MD went well, I appreciate the diagnosis being given before you leave. The staff were very professional and much of the process relied on electronic forms filled out ahead of your first visit. I contacted them 3 times with extra questions via email and they responded quickly each time.
Went in for hemorrhoid removal. Re'did an unnecessary colonoscopy that just been done less than 6 months ago. Then said o we dont do that here. Afterwords!! Place was a total mess. Total waist of time.
I had a colonoscopy and endoscopy. And, from the time I arrived till the time I left, I had a very good experience. All the staff was very knowledgeable and professional. Dr. Reinhold is an awesome Gastroenterologist. Thanks to all the team.
I was impressed with he care of the endoscopy procedure, but the admitting staff needs to be trained o how to address the patients, especially veterans with PTSD.
