my husband needs a counselor, my counselor told me 2 counselors' names, one is Carolyn. when I talked to her, she said she does not take new customer, and I asked her if she knew any other counselors, she said she did not know my insurance, I told her my insurance company and told her do not worry about the insurance company, if she knew other counselors, I will ask the counselors if they take my insurance or not, then Carolyn began to say "I do not know who you are, so I DO NOT want to recommend counselor to you"!! in the a... read more
