Office staff is awful This doctor, though friendly, needs to hire some new office people if he wants to stay in business. Both my wife and I have seen him on several occasions and she refuses to go back because of the professionalism of the office staff. The doctor himself isn't too bad, so I keep going, but the staff has made multiple mistakes in med refills, insurance matters, and their customer service isn't the best either.
Needs new office staff Both my husband and I have seen this physician on sevaral occasions. Each time, we have had issues with the office staff, with the most recent being not being notified they no longer took my insurance plan, and that I would have to pay full price that day. Though the doctor assured me they hadn't dropped any insurance plans and it must be a problem on my end, research showed they hadn't filled out the proper paperwork when they moved offices in order to retain my insurance company as a client.
