John, the owner, went above & beyond normal expectations! Main breaker was overheated & fused to the bus bar. This was an immediate fire hazard. He arrived at 3:45pm to assess the problem. He went to 2 suppliers to source the part. He installed the bus bar from the new service box into our service box. This avoided having to disconnect all the wires. Job finished at 6:00pm. Honest, Professional, Reliable, Reasonable!
