They worked *immediately* with me due to a rush request. I was receiving personal emails from multiple parties within the company after my order; not just the proof of the order. I requested fast turn around and I received my items several days before I was originally expecting it. I definitely plan on continuing my business orders with this company!
Sliding delivery timeline! Double billing! No fault and no refunds! I gave a specific date that my products were needed. The company representative told me that it would be "no problem". Later, I noticed they had slid the delivery date to 3 days past my requested due date. Then, I inquired about the change to the delivery date.
