RecommendedThanks to the staff here, for helping me upgrade my system a little. They “only” sold me a part- but for an inexperienced person like myself it was a very nice experience. Thanks for talking to me about it half a dozen times on the phone while I decided what to do, and for selling me what I needed, and not trying to upgrade to what I didn’t. Terrible Experience. These guy install "sleeper Virus's" on your system if you do NOT get their insurance.... And when your warranty runs out guess what??? Thats right, back in there spending WAY WAY to much money to begin with. Thats right I am competition, but just so happens I know people that work there. And I know what goes on. Great Computer Services, Prices More Than Reasonable This place has friendly techs who never talk down to me. Turn-around is quick; prices are more than reasonable. For $60 Log On will remove any virus. There are no extra or hidden charges. I recommend this place without reservation to anyone with a computer that needs repair or upgrade.

After paying another area shop $546 (more than my computer's worth) for virus removal and 1GB ram upgrade, my machine still didn't work. They other shop told me it wasn't their problem. They said that as long as I had Charter as my provider my computer wasn't going to work. And they never offered to help me figure out what the problem was.
