If I could give 10 stars I would. LogoJET service is second to none. I though my laser service was good, but now they could learn a thing or two from LogoJET. They called me on my schedule and Michael really took the time to go above and beyond the scope of my issue. Now that is service!!!
Our small business has been a customer of LogoJet for almost 9 years, utilizing the LogoJet H4 Solvent Ink Printer. We appreciate the LogoJet team and how they are always there to assist whenever needed. They treat us like one of their largest customers and we truly feel a part of the LogoJet family. LogoJet has by far the best technical support seen by any company I have ever used. If I run into an issue with the LogoJet printer or software, I usually have a call back within an hour or so. Where else do you get that kind of support? Amazing, Highly recommend.
I can’t say enough about LogoJet’s service and support. I reached out about what I thought was an issue with my printer’s encoder strip, and John from their technical team was incredibly helpful. He took the time to really listen, troubleshoot with me, and make sure I was fully taken care of. His professionalism and genuine desire to help made all the difference.
