A shout out toJavier for the tech support! I get very nervous when something goes wrong with my 40R printer. Javier stayed on the phone until I was able to get a good print, connected the issue to something that I had an issue with before, and even stayed on to answer questions about an unrelated issue. Brad with tech support was able to fix my problem quickly and efficiently. I’m a newbie with UV printing and he was able to talk me through how to fix my problem. My dumb mistake didn’t seem to bother him, he was quick to response to my support ticket and lack of judgement on his part for what I did wasn’t a problem for him. Logojet’ s response time was great. We are new users of LogoJet products, but so far we are extremely happy with the equipment and what its capable of producing. There is always a learning curve on a new piece of equipment, but the technician that installed and trained us was fantastic. Answered all our questions and made sure we were comfortable operating the machine. Customer service is exceptional!
