I’m really disappointed with my experience with LogoJet. When we first purchased the machine, we were promised strong customer service and support—but that hasn’t been our reality at all. Within the first 3 months, one of the ink bags busted, and the machine has never performed the same since. That alone was extremely frustrating, especially so early on. I have been in business over 25 years, and had multiple machines installed. DTF Printers, Embroidery Machines, Laser Engravers, and now a UV Printer, and I can say that the Tech LogoJet sent was by far the best one I have ever dealt with. He knew his stuff, and by the end of the day 2 I knew a good portion of his stuff as well. High Quality products and support on their equipment is top notch. they know how to take care of customers after the sale to make lifetime logojet customers.
LogoJet continues to exceed expectations—not only with the quality of their machines, but with the incredible support behind them. Their equipment is reliable, produces outstanding print quality, and has been a huge asset to my personalization business. A shout out toJavier for the tech support! I get very nervous when something goes wrong with my 40R printer. Javier stayed on the phone until I was able to get a good print, connected the issue to something that I had an issue with before, and even stayed on to answer questions about an unrelated issue.
