I just got my UVxi90 last week and finished training. Brett and Brian are awesome to work with as both helped me on training. I also love the support they provided, and how to contact them after the training is over. I was also happy that Susan contacted me when I asked about a demo of the printers they had, and she invited me over to their shop. Thank you for all your help with this purchase.
We had a great few days with Brad, including some nice lunches. He was up for the early starts and the late finishes and we covered a lot of ground. More importantly though, he has been contactable for post installation support with my head printer (I think they get along well!), which I know is going above and beyond, so I really appreciate it.
I cannot say enough positive things about Logojet. 6 years ago when I bought my 1st printer with no printing experience I was scared to death to invest thinking if something went wrong I would just be out a heap of cash. But their support team is amazing. Anytime anything came up, they were able to walk me thru everything and get me back up and running very quickly.
I’m really disappointed with my experience with LogoJet. When we first purchased the machine, we were promised strong customer service and support—but that hasn’t been our reality at all. Within the first 3 months, one of the ink bags busted, and the machine has never performed the same since. That alone was extremely frustrating, especially so early on.
