The experience of purchasing, installing, and using my LogoJet printer have been beyond expectations! The onsite installation and training is well worth the cost because the machine is calibrated and you are printing by day two and ready for business. The print quality is great! Working with the Logojet team has been an exceptionally smooth and informative experience from start to finish. If I could give 10 stars I would. LogoJET service is second to none. I though my laser service was good, but now they could learn a thing or two from LogoJET. They called me on my schedule and Michael really took the time to go above and beyond the scope of my issue. Now that is service!!!
Our small business has been a customer of LogoJet for almost 9 years, utilizing the LogoJet H4 Solvent Ink Printer. We appreciate the LogoJet team and how they are always there to assist whenever needed. They treat us like one of their largest customers and we truly feel a part of the LogoJet family.
