LogoJet has by far the best technical support seen by any company I have ever used. If I run into an issue with the LogoJet printer or software, I usually have a call back within an hour or so. Where else do you get that kind of support? Amazing, Highly recommend.
I can’t say enough about LogoJet’s service and support. I reached out about what I thought was an issue with my printer’s encoder strip, and John from their technical team was incredibly helpful. He took the time to really listen, troubleshoot with me, and make sure I was fully taken care of. His professionalism and genuine desire to help made all the difference.
