Mr. Grant has absolutely been a life savior. He Has gotten back to me almost immediately for any issues or questions that I had even as far as helping me learn the system. Have had a LogoJET printer for over 5 years. Whenever there is a problem with it, tech support is extremely helpful. The last little problem I had, Brad walked me through the process to figure out what was wrong for most of a day. He was very knowledgeable and patient. By the time it was figured out, it turned out to be my mistake for ordering the wrong Ink. Keep up the good work.
Logojet's customer service is unmatched. Went through 2 days of training on how to use our new UVx40R Plus SE printer and I can tell you that their training is spot on, hands on, and overall was great. Mike Geraghty was really amazing. The printer can do some amazing prints on all kinds of products, so we are really excited how this is going to grow our business at Schafer Creations LLC!
I recently purchased a logojet printer for my business and it has been the best buying experience I could ask for. Kristin was very patient with me as I made a decision and was quick to respond to any questions I had. Tim Davis helped me get everything set up quick and easy. He explained everything I needed to know thoroughly and was super knowledgeable on the software and the printer itself. He was awesome to talk to and great to work with.
