GREAT experience! I needed to get 2 letterman’s jackets finished / fixed in time for my sister’s and my 20 year Homecoming game and reunion. I emailed a few places to get info and Kyla at Logo Joe’s replied almost immediately! As I understand it, they’re not usually able to embroider or alter jackets that they did not sell themselves, but since our jackets are 20 years old she said it would be fine. I am a returning customer and was very surprised with the lack of customer service. Had multiple questions and all employees including the manager had minimal interest in actually wanting to help or give feedback. I don’t understand why people that are in a business to provide services act like they don’t want your business.
This would have been a 5 star review (embroidery itself looks 5 star) except the customer service team failed to communicate (customer service 1 star) with me about my small project of 6 jackets for my team. Customer service team said they would send me proofs to approve within one day of drop off. Proofs were never sent, even after 2 phone calls later in the week and the following week to confirm. Highly recommend Logo Joe’s. The staff was very helpful, reliable, and very professional. Paulina definitely went above and beyond. They exceeded my expectations.
