I normally don't write negative reviews - I don't want to put bad energy into the universe. However, after 10+ years, this company is SO BAD, that I feel compelled to share this awful experience. I tried to cancel my subscription today - when you go online there is NO information about how to perform what should be a frictionless consumer action. There is NO TELEPHONE number.
