Ever since switching from Bank of America to Logix about 4 years ago, I absolutely love Logix. I am very happy with their service and no insane fees like the larger banks. They treat their customers like family and know your name. They deliver small touches that go a long way such as fresh coffee and kid's toys for families with appointments. I transferred to LFCU (as it was then) several years ago, after getting tired of getting dinged for everything at Bof*******. There were no fees at all to start, and when my wife got an account and we transferred the mortgage, it became essentially free banking plus earned interest. The staff there are not the polite but system-bound androids we'd become used to elsewhere, but genuinely helpful and friendly people with some genuine ability to help, and no interest in saying No.
