Huge shoutout to Cass for completely transforming my hair! She completely saved my hair after a bad experience at another salon. She gave me the most gorgeous, blendy, lived-in blonde and was so diligent throughout the whole appointment. She never rushed and made sure it was exactly what I wanted while keeping my hair healthy. I went in asking to be a dark ash blonde and came out with really dark almost black hair. It looks better than what I came in with, the haircut was done well but this color makes me want to cry 😢. I won't go back
