Absolutely terrible experience — avoid Logic Fiber Network if you value communication or basic support. Horrible customer service every department full of degenerates. Over charge for basic net and phones
Our company had Logix for 24 months, we had three outages over a week long each because the building that hosts the tower didn’t have power. Recently our internet was out two weeks and the support team told us to call center point for a resolution. Logix leadership refused to let us out of our contract. Stay away from this company!
Don't trust this company with your internet or phone needs. They'll double your price or drop you. That's their game.
I wish I could give zero stars. They are not even worth a one star. Yes, Im sending the same message out on Yelp and other social medial platforms to insure that consumers do not get treated as bad as me. STAY AWAY from this company. Their customer service is non existent. We used them for almost 5 years, and could never get our account manager to return calls. When trying to talk to the supervisor - Erika- it was the same thing.
