My husband went here on July 5th for a claim for the VA. We have contacted the VA and as of today, August 30th, the doctor he saw hasn’t submitted the claim back to the VA. That is 57 days. That is unacceptable. This office has been contacted twice by the VA to submit it back to them to finish my husbands claim. As a medical center dealing with veterans you would think they would try to help them as much as they can????? So frustrating and disappointing.
