While I have used this service for quite some time, they can definitely do so much better if they really care. Dealing with people having disabilities or health issues should never be compromised by not being willing to help someone. Courtesy, kindness and love can go a long way. Timeliness is very important as well. Hopefully this company looks to want to do better in all areas. Blessings.
THE ABSOLUTE WORSE. Had an elderly patient come in with medical issues. Waited 3 hours in the cold. We called 6 times with 6 different answeres. My coworker ended up paying for an Uber.
Would leave zero stars. In a facility where they left a lady stranded for at least three hours and gave different answers every time we called!!!
They are the worst company I have ever had to deal with. Going to doctor appointment or coming back from doctors appointment half the time they don’t show up.
