No surprise to me that they have so many horrible reviews. Over 2 hours late after being told time and time again that they would be there in 10 minutes.
I understand that you need to request transport two days in advance, but not all hospital/doctors visits are planned in advance, sometimes youre on a waitlist ans in my case i found out 24 hours in advance. This isnt a limo pick up, you guys use lyft service, exceptions can be made but you guys refuse. The worst part is when you call, you have to go through automated service, took me 9 minutes for it not to confirm them transfer me to live help, its a blind transfer so now i have to validate who i am then to be denied transp... read more
The worst in realiability ( especiality if your a VET) I've made like 9 complaints & not 1 has been fixed !
Worse transportation company ever. They have NUMEROUS people who clearly need retrained on the insurance policies and what they cover! I’ve put in 2 grievances, so far, with my insurance and 2 BBB complaints because THEY can’t follow protocol. 1. They don’t even look at pending rides until the following day after being submitted through the app/online. This company needs to apply for bankruptcy because they are giving vendors (transportation companies) the wrong address in picking me up AND in going to my appointments!!!! I wish I had a car!!!! My insurance should not have to put up with paying a company who can’t even do their job properly! It sucks that this is the only option for getting medical transportation needs met!
