The absolute worst company, today they lost my father-in-law who have cognitive decline and this is not the first time there has been issue No care about the patient's well-being at all! I guess this is what you get you when the government pays you whether you do a good job or not. A one star rating is too good for this company!!
They never came to pick me up, when I called they left me on hold and they ended up hanging up on me. I missed my appointment! They are completely unreliable and horrible with communication.
I had to miss my appointment to because they cancelled my ride and then I called them they I will get text for wen to track my ride in 5 to 10 minutes then I called again they they I will get a text from them to track it 10 to 15 minutes I told them it was cutting to close to my appointment I was mad the worst
