You MUST dig for information on this transportation provider. LOGISTICARE transportation is actually now MODIV, and they are terrible. Everything is AI generated unless you repeatedly demand a live agent. AI will lock you into the system without actually getting anything done. It is just awful to listen to the voice keep asking for your information, getting it wrong each time. As for the rides, everything is referred to sub contractors, and you get who is available. Good transportation
Not sure if location related, since I dealt with the website and 800 number but this is the closest location to us. Never showed up for the first leg over to doctors appointment. Was on hold for over 15 minutes when I called the company listed on there who never got back to me so we got an uber (which we're not supposed to do since we shouldn't transfer over into a low car) and then took over 10 minutes due to all of their screening to get through to someone at the 800 number that didn't give a reason for why we didn't get o... read more
I’m giving this review to LogistiCare in general. Not necessarily this location. I would have given them a ZERO if I was able to. This company is paid by MY insurance company to get me to my doctors appointments. I have an appointment that I have to go to daily and I am supposed to be there by 7:00AM giving me a pickup time of 6:00AM. I am supposed to be EXEMPT from riding with United Cab of Clearwater AND Tampa.
