They don't take responsibility for their mess up I have hard time getting them to take blame for messing up reservations and transportation both ends make very difficult to use them! I've been disregarded by them when I have all correct implications to prove my claims to them they like send letters to people but they be a t fault & they have a rule of 3 days but they deny you even if do it weeks before also I have been denied rides even with 3 days out rule they have I really get disappointed they been lacking in both ways! ... read more
Have to wait hours for return trip home
Worse company ever!!!! They double book to get more money from Medicaid! You book, they come an hour earlier then cancel your appointment!!! Employees can barely speak English. All that put in a review, should call Medicaid and report them.
Terrible just terrible, I've been late for a appointments multiple times. I can never get an update about my driver I receive zero texts period about who my driver is what they're driving or when they'll be here. I received the confirmation text after making the ride and that's it. The AV system to make the appointment is ridiculous and pointless. You deal with the AV system just to have to talk to a person anyways. WORST medride service ever. UPDATE: so haha the ride wasn't just late... THEY NEVER SHOWED UP!!!!!
Tired of having to wait 2 hours or longer for a return ride home will never recommend this place
