This is the WORST company I have ever dealt with. My company was using Logistic Services for shipping various products to our customers. Tim Rogers and Brenton Lane would never get back to me promptly with rate quotes and once they finally did, their tactic was to bill my company per the quoted rate and then send a new bill 2-3 months later for 30-50% more claiming forms were not filled out properly, classification changes or weight changes were the reason.
