This is seriously the worst company ever. Was told by a SUPERVISOR (who was beyond rude) that it wasn't her problem on how I was getting home, she canceled my ride for tomorrow, and then told me "why don't you drive to your appointments, like me". I'm not medically cleared to drive. She told me I was abusing the system because I needed to get dropped off at my house and not the place I was getting picked up from. Especially in Michigan- they are horrible ! They don't give a damn about seniors- expect seniors to catch a bus 10 - 15 miles., where you got to transfer 2 or 3 times. Take you 5 hrs. with public transportation to deal with one 15 minute appt. The state of Michigan needs to terminate logisticare's contract- NOW!!! The assholes that work in the logisticare offices in Michigan are some cold blooded heartless scumbags that have no souls!!!�����
This is now the 2nd time I have had to catch a cab home from my appointment. Please have DAWN call me, I want to file another complaint with her.
