Yells at clients very bossy 👎👎👎
They have one driver (a female) in particular who is less than. She is not customer friendly nor has any customer service etiquette or seemingly, customer service skills or training. Her driving skills are less than, also. She drives very erratic and fast. If someone does not get her away from behind the wheel, she will kill someone.
My client has not been picked up for 3 days. On the phone now to see if they are shooting for a day 4. Worst transportation company EVER! You will be stranded waiting on a ride from them!
This company is horrible and I cannot really even give them a star at all. Just in the last 2 days, there have been 3 incidents where our patient's have called and the Logisticare driver has not shown up. One of these was for a procedure at the hospital. This could be a determent to a patient, who may not have an emergent appointment at that time, but if left for too long can become and emergent problem.
