I needed a forklift quickly, and they advertised "100% jobsite ready". I immediately ordered the equipment with prepayment, only to hear three days later that it was NOT 100% ready. After pleading to ************** or cancel the order for weeks. Finally they said they would release for shipping but would require to void the standard warranty.
