Great 3PL partner. Communication is excellent and the team is always helpful and professional. They’ve improved their web portal a lot, though it still needs a little refinement. Overall, very reliable and highly recommended.
Lost inventory many times. Also keep charging storage cost without transparency. Even tho inventory is running low they charge more for storage. They will not ship until you pay. They even mixed inventory with other peoples stock. DO NOT RECOMMEND
We have used the warehouse now for over 3 years. The best part is the instant communication via dedicated WhatsApp number. Any queries are answered promptly. The staff put customers first. Only improvement is their OMS which can be a lot more user friendly though staff help in navigating the challenges. Overall, very pleased with the service so far
