Logicopy has been amazing! Rich answered every single question I had (and I had a LOT) before we signed up with them. Mark is also amazing! During set up, he was highly professional and made sure that we were aware of everything he was doing. He would offer suggestions and would provide workarounds for the things we didn't want to change. We had an issue early on and Mark was able to get out to us and fix it before we opened the next day! Our office had another copier that started with a K and ended with an A. They were a nightmare to deal with. We switched to Logicopy about 5 years ago and never looked back. Our machine is faster, the service is better, and the price is about half of what we were paying before. I can't say enough great things about Logicopy and their staff.
