Recently, our server's hard drive crashed, taking all our customer and financial information with it. I knew Jim Van from Logicomm as a client, and called him immediately. Within an hour, he was at my shop looking over the system. Recently, our firm had a major file server crash, and of course, it was the worst possible time. A single call to Logicomm had an engineer on-site in about 45 minutes. While it took a day, the Logicomm engineer was able to save all of our data and provide access to all our authorized users.I've never seen response, nor committment like this from any computer company!

After being left high and dry by my previous IT consultants, my store manager contacted Logicomm. They were on-site the next day, and had the problem tracked down within an hour. They went through our entire system, and made some recommendations to us, all except one of which we implemented. They been our IT guys for just over a year, and we've realized savings and efficiencies through their recommendations.
