Its been over a year living in our new home built by Logico and thought it would be great to write a review to help people looking for a builder. One year on there has been not one issue with the building. The experience of building with this team, through a stressful period was awesome. Very professional, detail oriented, attentive, always reachable, honest and open. I would recommend anyone building to at least have a conversation with them.
We had our home built by Logico homes, and from the very beginning, we were met with incredible professionalism and great kind advise. The whole team were really transparent with what could be achieved within our budget. Communication was swift with any delays and any previously unforeseen issues. From our first meetings with Joe the owner to the final handover with Frank the supervisor, you always got the feeling you were dealing with a group of people that took pride in the work they delivered. They were transparent through the whole process and willing to share both the good and bad news. Most importantly post handover and paying the final bill I don’t feel like the service or support has changed one bit. We are supper pleased with our product and would definitely build with them again.
