OnLogic has been a very reliable product for us. We have used their industrial mini PCs and panel PCs for operator HMIs among other applications for industrial manufacturing plants. Their sales team is always spot on with specing out machines based on our states needs. Had a panel PC today that had been hard reset and lost the configuration to automatically boot on power restoration. I had trouble finding the correct BIOS setting to restore this functionality. Had a sitewide electrical outage that caused one of our OnLogic PCs to not power up. Contacted support. Within 30 minutes Jack had it back up and running.
OnLogic makes an incredible product that works great for my end users. The computers are amazingly customizable and perform excellently in the field as HMIs for production environments. The support is excellent, and they make resolving issues very easy with a simple RMA process and helpful staff.
We've been working with OnLogic for several years as our primary supplier for the onboard computer used in Avidbots' autonomous cleaning robot, Neo, and the experience has been consistently excellent.
