Eric , was very helpful with a hot tub I purchased from him and delivered to my residence the next day getting it set on my patio . Great guy and pleasurable experience dealing with him .

We bought a spa from Eric at the end of April of 2024. We paid him $3,000.00 cash for the tub which didn't have a top. He assured us if we paid him an extra $500 that he would order us a top and have it to us in 2-3 weeks. Eric delivered the tub to us 2 days later and said he would be back when the top at been delivered to Logic Spa. Two months went by and we tried to contact him several times with no response. Wow, Eric responded very quick! When I called to have him look at my tub, he was at my house within an hour. When I called to let him know that I was ready to fix my tub, in a few days he arrived to fix my tub. I did not plan to fill the tub that night, but he encouraged me to fill it. So I did, the best part was the next day when my grand kids came to visit and the tub was put to use. Eric called me 2 days later and asked if we had used the tub and if there were any issues.
