The teachers are very professional and always kind. The group classes are great. I feel that my energy increases and my life becomes more energetic. I love to continue working out at this gym. It's the best♡
Awesome gym with very knowledgeable coaches. Been doing crossfit group classes and they adjust WODs according to your skill levels and injuries. I highly recommend this place if you are looking to reach your fitness goals.

여기서 운동시작하고 정말 많이 건강해졌어요 선생님들도 너무 전문적이시고 항상 친절하셔요 처음엔 그룹수업을 따라가는게 힘들었지만 계속 꾸준히 하다보니 체력도 늘고 삶에 활력이 생기는걸 느낍니다. 계속 이 체육관에서 운동할거 같네요 최고입니다♡
