The gym itself was clean and looked good but I did a trial class and the trainer I got just kept asking me if I ate too much desert and asked if I sit on the couch and eat chips and pasties even after I repeatedly told him I just had a child and the purpose of me wanting to come here was to lose the baby weight but he could not wrap his head around the fact that women gain weight from pregnancy and it’s not all about bad eating habits.
