I contacted Stuart about a faulty diverter valve in my boiler. He came over the same day, diagnosed the problem and came back 2 days later to fit the new part. Stuart was professional, polite, quick and flexible. It was very reassuring how transparent Stuart was about part prices. If I have any boiler issues in the future I will have no hesitation in contacting Logi Heat again. Can not recommend highly enough.
Came out within 10 minutes of calling late at night when a new indoor waterfall water feature appeared from the kitchen light fitting. Fixed it very quickly after a hunt for the source, and left no mess.
