I had a not so great experience with another pool company that I won’t name, so I asked around in a local Facebook group and kept hearing great things about Loggins Pools. I decided to give them a call and sent a text to the number listed on Google. Heather responded quickly and was incredibly nice and helpful. I just bought my house that this company was suppose to be servicing once a week. I called them to find out their last paid day of service and then no one showed up on that day. A few days later, once I got my pool guy out the pool had zero chlorine, zero alkalinity, and their was NO filter cartridge in the at all!! And the cartridge filter pressure gauge was also completely busted not working and the pump has been running for weeks without a filter. If your looking for a reliable pool service "STOP" Tanner and his team are top notch. We run a rental and anytime we have an issue he's on it right away when we can't be, they go above and beyond. If your not looking for a new pool service you just don't know how green the grass is on this side. They deserve 10 STARS ********** - Thank you Tanner for all you do to support us.
