The apartments are poorly maintained, from the paint falling off the exterior to the mold on the exterior of the buildings. The gym is a treadmill, an elliptical and one weight machine. Their on-site team is friendly, but not empowered to help with anything. There is not enough parking on site to accommodate the number of apartments, much less guests. For the money there are much nicer properties available.
