Not professional came in for a drug screening they only fill one container then they threw my samples out with out filling 2nd container had to waited for another 1hr then they wanted to use one sample form first container and a sample form 2nd test without me having see or have them right my name on sample not professional
Rude personnel also had my 5 yr old with me and lady in the office said i would have to leave him outside in the lobby by himself saying oh we have cameras hes not gunna be alone she wouldnt let me bring him into office
Is this a real clinic? Nobody answered the door, nobody answered the phone... It looks abandoned. Waited over an hour just to make sure if they were closed, left around 11:00am on a Monday and yeap no service at all
