RecommendedI've been seeing Dr Syed since 2012 and she has been my doctor since then. I feel comfortable talking to her about anything. She is the kind of doctor I can just sit down and tell her what is going on with me without feeling that I'm with a stranger. She talks to you me as if I am a good friends. So I recommend anyone to go and see her. I always feel like I am getting the best recommendation for what's going on with me when I talk to her. If she cannot help me she will send me to see a specialist.
This office has gradually changed. The front office staff is extremely rude and nasty. The wait time is ridiculous and they refuse to do ANYTHING when requested via telephone. Their nasty attitudes has driven me away to another office. Stay away!!!! Do not choose this money hungry office to handle something as serious as your health. They lack the necessary compassion required for medical personnel and only care about getting your money.
Th care that my wife and I receive, is always very professional and caring. The staff is always very kind and compassionate. We would recommend the practice to anyone needing a primary care physician.
I love Dr Syed when she is there, which is 1 day a week. For the most part staff turnover is high, usually I have no idea who sees me, they often do not even tell me their name. I travel often so hard to get in. Many times left because the wait was ridiculous. Recently needed a routine refill for blood pressure meds. They denied it but never told me. Scheduled an appointment so I could get refill. Said they would-I was out- did not, never told me. Doc said I had to come in first. Which I had appt. already set. Seems disorgan... read more
I'd like to know why there is never a Doctor in the office. I have been there several times and never once saw or met a real Doctor. Only the practicianer!
