The front desk admin- Delyce was very helpful and attentive to me and my Nephew-Son. She helped resolve our issue in obtaining an updated shot record seamless. We appreciate her service!
I was very impressed by this office. From my interaction with the kind employee who helped me schedule over the phone to the nurse, I found everyone to be professional and helpful.
The staff I've interacted with have all been very helpful and kind! The nurse answered all the questions I had and offered solutions to any issues or concerns. The place is clean and I have had very minimal wait times when there for visits. The only critique I will give is that I have had no luck getting anyone on the phone any time I've called. I have not left messages though, so I am uncertain of response in that case.
Horrible experience. Amanda should be fired immediately, she lied with her excuses and didn’t bring the supervisor to me. She is the front desk for WIC. I called early morning today because i forgot my appointment time and usually they will send a text reminder before the appointment but this time i did not. She was rude when she answered the call coz she dropped it after saying she was with people BUT she could’ve looked on the paper in front of her and tell me what time.
