Logangate is a great alternative to stick building a home from scratch. Especially if you are not a seasoned builder. We built our Logangate home in Ellijay, Georgia. Our footprint is 32' X 20' however we have over 3000 sq. ft. of living space inside. We chose the larger size to accommodate a mother-in-law suite on the main floor. Our master suite is on the second floor and we have two bedrooms in the lower level inside of the foundation walls with a full bathroom.
