their rates are tantamount to price gouging and their service awful. go with someone else if you can. unfortunately I can not so I am stuck paying 99 dollar install and 75 for a modem. 42.95 a month for 3mb dsl and you must have a phone line to get dsl and thats 29.90. it took them two weeks to come install the dsl line and they didnt even put it where I had requested. you can get twice the speed for the same price with no install and a full rebate on the modem from at&t and you dont have to have a phone line.
