Great in-office experience I would recommend Dr Shannon
Dr Shannon was Great! I have osteoarthritis in both feet. We went over various options and explored potential future options and treatments. Got a cortisone shot, also did great with that! Overall the staff are courteous and Kind.
Dr Shannon was 45 minutes behind schedule with no apology. He didn't seem to know which toes were infected and barely looked at my feet. He asked me how long I had this condition as he was speaking into his notes system. I said that only a couple months before seeing him and he noted that that answer was highly unlikely. Very unprofessional.
He messed up my foot. Did not correct my bunion, did not fix my second toe which was the purpose of surgery plus I lost total motion of my big toe (which was totally fine before surgery). Please be careful, I don’t think this Dr. has enough experience to be doing surgery!
Two visits so far, he’s super approachable and very knowledgeable. Glad I found a good podiatrist.
