Dr Ty is extremely knowledgeable and explains everything well. I learnt a lot about my gums and my youngest child’s jaw and tongue tie - that no one has ever told me before!! He didn’t do a clean on me he referred me for a deep clean. Other dentist would have still done a clean on me because I have private health so I feel like he is not just a money grabber. Very very happy with his service and time.
My dentist allowed four of my teeth to go without fillings, saying “we’ll just keep an eye on them”. I immediately went to a different dentist, and she told me I NEED four fillings and that one of them is in danger of needing a root canal. Because of Logan Smiles, I may need to get a SECOND root canal which could have easily been avoided. Dr Ty is the best dentist I have ever experienced ... no pain; always touching base; always aware of how one is feeling ... oh, and the assistants are exceptional = they "work in" so well with Dr Ty
Dr Ty was so friendly caring and professional he explained everything so well and the procedure wasn't long . Would highly recommend him !!
