Often very good, but other times will not listen to what I’m saying & refuses to help me; also requires a personal visit if I ask for a blood test.
My husband and I have been patients of Dr. Richards since we moved here almost 13 years ago. He is a top notch internist, and we are very lucky to have him. My husband fortunately needs very little care, while I am a mess! He treats us both with the same good care. I figured after almost 13 years, it was time to go on record and say thank you, Dr. Richards.
Having health issues, so we scheduled an appointment being a self pay patient. Showed up and they denied us, being self pay. Said they called and tried to tell us, when they only left a message saying to be in 30 minutes early to fill out new patient paperwork. I have the message. Thanks alot. It's sad to see you only want insurance payments so you can charge them 10 times the amount. Didn't even give a price without insurance... all you do is office wellness and orders.
