Benjamin Adkins, PA in the emergency room is hands down the most caring provider I’ve been to. He treated me with a kidney stone and took great care of me.

This hospital is a hidden gem & a pretty excellent example of how hospitals should be run. Dr. Austin is incredible at explaining, listening, analyzing, being logical but also empathetic. The staff is incredibly professional and lovely. Every single nurse & tech was amazing. I’ve spent a life in hospitals, esp WV hospitals, but also top notch ones on both coasts and this had the best staff of any of them, though it’s not the fanciest or most high tech.
