To be honest, I have no idea why the Logan Regional Sleep Testing Center has 1 star at the moment. I was referred to take a sleep study here and have nothing but good things to say. Scheduling was booked quite a ways out, but their office did a great job notifying me of cancelations, allowing me to get my study in earlier. The testing center staff were beyond compassionate and were very respectful and kind. Josephine was my technologist that evening and she was very kind and thoughtful. Was able to get in for an appointment rather quickly but it was 10 minutes where they said I needed to be tested but couldn’t schedule that. 2 weeks waiting for a call to schedule the testing. Probably shouldn’t waste your time with these people if you think you have a serious problem.
VERY INCONSISTENT with their hours. Their voicemail says there hours are from 8am - 4:30pm. Online it says their hours are 7pm - 7am. I drove an hour from Layton to Logan for an appointment I had at 7 this morning. As soon as I got their, I called their number which is when I got their voicemail saying they don’t open until 8. I checked online thinking maybe I wrote down the wrong time. It showed their hours from 7pm-7am. So I called again, trying to get a hold of someone. No such luck.
