I had gotten my blood drawn the other day needed immediate results which I was told I would receive later that day, never got a call back. By the way I’m going to have to pay more for that.
So I requested billing records and they said do survey and before I could give them a bad review they hung up on me. They are incompetent to say the least. I used to be able to go the hospital and get my records and not have to deal with a condensing 10 year old they just hired
Rotten Experience!! Every time (once every other year) I have to deal with this lady in the window, I have to rethink my decision. She's awful, unwelcoming, mad at herself, and never smiles. I remember needing copies of my medical records! She hands me a firm, and she made it look like I was taking her lunch from her. We pay for her services! DMV employees are happier than her 🤢🤮 I hope you replace her or send her work in the archives.
