I usually don't have a problem here but today, 3 people who checked in after me got called into the lab prior to me. They checked in at the same desk i did. I made a complaint and told them if they can't get it together cancel my labs. They canceled my labs proving their incompetency.
Had both knees replaced Friday, walked out Saturday. Just don't like their policy of what constitutes a new day hospitalized for insurance and billing
