Always very kind, and never a long wait
My daughter went in to get her IUD removed because her body isn't reacting well with it. Instead, she was ganged up on by the Dr and nurses. She was laughed at and made to feel stupid. The lack of professionalism was shocking. She called me and said she was traumatized. She felt like she had no autonomy over her body. Shame on the individuals who work there. You had no right!!!
