We stopped in because our CFMoto 1000XL was having issues. Unfortunately, our experience was very disappointing. When we went to the parts desk, the staff member offered no real help. He looked up a part, told us they didn’t have it, and when we asked if he had any knowledge of the problem or suggestions, his only response was, “Nope.” He acted like helping us was a hassle and seemed uninterested in providing any customer service.
