Excellent staff and providers.
10/10 love the staff here.
I like the doctors here; however, something needs to be done about the scheduling. I find it funny that if I am late then they cancel my appointment, but when I show up ON TIME every single time it takes me 30 minutes or like this time almost an entire hour to be seen. I can understand when an emergency comes in, but that is not what the issue is. This should never be an issue.
I’ve been going to this place for a handful of months over some bad depression and whatnot. Long story short, I was placed under Therapist Amber Clays and doctor Whitney Millers care to correct my problem. I’m not being given the full hour of therapy as described, I’m out in 15 minutes of literally a few useless questions to be pushed a whole month out for my next appointment. Horrible!! Been trying to help get my girlfriends effexor filled for days now & she is sick. Said manager would make sure they get filled & still nothing!!! She sees Whitney Miller.
