This place is HORRIBLE. The new woman doctor doesn't care about us white folk. Said our daughter wasn't an emergency. She was hallucinating with fever rash and cough. Said it was mental and sent us to Vanderbilt children's hospital. They found she had a tick born illness!!! Seriously?! Get with the program, update your equipment, ect FIRE the incompetent doctors and nurses.
I had to go to the ER for a cut that was bleeding profusely. It was a couple of questions and have a seat, then a few minutes come on back and I was taken care of. I am thankful we have a facility this close for our care.
They were very helpful and compassionate with my care .
If I could rate 0 stars I would. Never been to any medical establishment as mismanaged and unorganized as this one. If your life is in danger, you are far more likely to survive the 45 extra minute drive to Bowling Green than be given anything even resembling competent medical care here. Go somewhere else.
