If I could rate 0 stars I would. Never been to any medical establishment as mismanaged and unorganized as this one. If your life is in danger, you are far more likely to survive the 45 extra minute drive to Bowling Green than be given anything even resembling competent medical care here. Go somewhere else.

My mom went in with belly pain, fever, and black stool. She had an X-ray done and was sent home diagnosed with constipation. Next day symptoms were worse, went to a different ER and her appendix has ruptured and the infection has spread to her intestines, another day and she could've been dead from sepsis. DO BETTER.

Went in dehydrated with pain in the back of my head and sensitivity down the spine. Didn't ask about any symptoms. Did nothing but a pregnancy test and ct scan of head an hour after getting there. Never came to check on me. Never gave me fluids. 2 hours later still not being told anything. Still in pain. Still dehydrated. This place will kill you. Go elsewhere.

Chelsea Pitts an ER nurse at your facility has been talking about patients on her TikTok, saying they aren’t the brightest because they come in with a headache or a fever or cough when it’s an emergency room. This is very unprofessional and it really makes since why your facility on has 2.3 stars. Her account is @cpitt123
